Description
It may be quite different when we talk about facing Queen Elizabeth I (Kate Blanchet), who during her reign faced many challenges and threats to her rule, which were threats from everywhere from outside and from within. Queen Elizabeth discovers that she must endure multiple crises in her late days, including court plots, an assassination plot, and everything that is wrong during that period in order to overcome the most difficult stage.

As an historical reenactment it suffers from a great deal of simplification in order to make complex events quickly and easily understandable, and as a drama it suffers from a great deal of build that never really pays on it's promise.
