Lauren grew up the remote town of Brecon, Wales. Although loving the countryside she soon followed her ambition of the arts. Lauren is a LIPA trained Actress, Dancer and Singer and also continued to study Acting in Aberystwyth University. Since then she has worked on the stage as lead characters in musicals, plays, pantos and now after having her children is moving forward into Film and TV. Her most recent success is as the lead (Becky) for a new TV series soon to be released. She has also appeared in other recent shows such as Trial of Christine Keeler, War of the Worlds, Bridgerton and d for many high end companies.Lauren loves her work and will give 100% everytime. Hide
